Chris is currently the Training and Compliance Coordinator for Collaborative Solutions Corporation in South Barre, Vermont. He is a NAPPI Master Trainer and provides NAPPI training in the greater Vermont region to hundreds of staff members in many areas of the Behavioral Health Field. Previously, Chris worked for four years as Senior Supervisor of Security at Champlain College and owned and managed Capital Property Management. At Central Vermont Medical Center, he spent a year as a Phlebotomist/Autopsy Technician/ER Technician. Prior to that, he spent 12 years of service in active duty in the U.S. Army's 101 Airborne Division and in the Vermont Army Guard's Mountain Infantry Battalion/Mountain Warfare School where he served as a Combat Medical Specialist and served NCOIC of the medical aid station for the Mountain Warfare School's infantry Qualification Course (BNCOC, ANCOC and MOSQ) in Jericho, Vermont. His leadership skills coupled with his diverse background and work experience have proved to be invaluable in honing his expertise as a NAPPI Master Trainer. Currently, he volunteers for several notable organizations: The Montagnard Health Care Assistance Project (Founder & President); Save the Montagnard People, Inc (life member); and Special Forces Association (Honorary Member). Chris attended Norwich University where his educational focus was in Biology/Pre-Med.
