David joined NAPPI International in 2010, bringing over 30 years of senior-level business experience and an upbeat management style to NAPPI at a time when the company was poised for comprehensive reorganization and growth. David is a highly focused, visionary leader with extremely broad and significant strategic and operational experience leading public companies as CEO, President, CFO, and Board Member. His specialties include performance improvement, marketing and brand positioning, governance, and corporate strategic planning. David’s passion for helping people and organizations realize their highest goals is reflected in his hands-on management style. Previous to joining NAPPI, David was Founder and CEO of Farrell & Company, LLC, a consultancy devoted to strategy and restructuring. He was Executive Vice President for Integrated Services for Berkshire Bank (2009-2010). As Director of Berkshire Hills Bancorp (2005-2009), David served as Chairman of the Audit Committee and was a Member of the Risk Committee. From 1995 to 2008, David was employed by Bob’s Stores, a $400-million market-leading retail company. He served as EVP and CFO for four years and for his last nine years was the CEO who ultimately sold the business to the TJX Companies in 2004. From 1981 to 1995, David served as Senior VP and CFO for Kay-Bee Toy Stores, a retail company with 1,100 mall-based specialty chain stores and annual revenues of $1 billion. David attended Saint Bonaventure University, NY, graduating cum laude with a BS in Business and Accounting.
