Jackie has been working in the mental health field for over 10 years. At Smith Community Mental Health, Jackie delivered crisis management, community safety, cognitive behavioral therapy, and behavior management instruction to service recipients. This included clinical documentation and diagnosis. In this position, she was a program manager for a therapeutic school where she managed staff and provided therapeutic programming to children. Jackie became a NAPPI Trainer in 2006 and was awarded the NAPPI Master Trainer Certification in 2015. She received her Master of Social Work Degree in 2008 from Florida International University and her BA in Social Work from the same university in 2006.
